We collect information such as your email address, name, IP address, location information such as country, state or province, and information related to your progress and history in our music studio. Our payment provider will collect information relating to your payment method which is covered elsewhere in this Policy.
Email marketing: we may send you emails about our site and related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress or other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion.
We may use the information collected to:
- Process your membership for a course or other related content.
- Create a User Profile for you on our site.
- Send you our newsletters or provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.

4. Thinkific
Our membership and web site are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with an online course creation platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Stripe or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to make adjustments and help you prepare if you would prefer not to be recorded or visible to others in the studio during these events.
If you submit a video for feedback, as part of a member mission or other studio activity, the data that you submit will be recorded, stored by Meadowlark Violin, and available for viewing by other members of the studio.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
