For monthly subscriptions, your credit card will be charged on the same day of the month that you originally signed up. You can find this information in your account under Billing.

If you cancel your subscription, you will be able to access all studio features and lessons until the day when your subscription would have normally renewed. At that point, your access will stop and your credit card will no longer be charged.

If you decide to join again, simply check out using the same email address and the system will save your progress, allowing you to pick up right where you left off.

The Meadowlark Violin Studio is hosted using Thinkific, a trusted program for courses. Thinkific will behave differently on different browsers (Internet Explorer/Chrome/Safari, etc.) If you are having issues, one of the easiest things to try would be to open the studio using a different browser. You may also want to make sure your browser is up to date or try clearing your browser’s cache. 

Meadowlark Violin is a secure site hosted by Thinkific. However some browsers, VPNs, firewalls, or anti-malware systems may sometimes block content or flag it as suspicious. We can assure you that the site and your information are safe and secure. 

To avoid this, try using a different browser or add Meadowlark Violin Studio to your security system's list of approved websites. 

You will also receive emails anytime someone tags you in the forum or responds to one of your posts. These emails come from [email protected] or from [email protected]. There is a link in these emails that will take you directly to the post. To change what emails you receive, go to your account, then click notifications.
